Canden has a blast chatting with her first international guest from England, and host of The Mental Health Podcast, Jodie Addis! Jodie tells her journey of anxiety, breakups, postpartum depression, her podcast, and saying no without justification.
Jodie was diagnosed with bipolar and depression when she was 18/19 but had it since 13. She then went through a really hard breakup and ended up having a mental break down and had to move back home when she was 20/21, suffered a miscarriage when she was about 22, and then got pregnant again with her fiancé who ended up leaving out of no where and never heard from him since. Once she had her daughter, she was diagnosed with social anxiety and couldn’t leave the house and had postpartum depression.
