Head trash is present in all of us – not just in millennials, but in every human. During this episode, I chat with @KenziieCorrigan about how personal development can contribute not only to better your anxiety and depression, but bettering you in general. Personal development is different for everyone, but it shows up in many ways with the main goal to empower your mind and keep your grounded.
Kenzie is 22 years old, from Chicago but now living in Tampa, Florida with her boyfriend, has a sweet pup named Nilla, graduated from Florida State in May 2020 with a Bachelors in psychology, and is an Arbonne National Vice President (less than 1% of Arbonne independent consultants achieve this).
